Limited Lifetime Warranty

Sauce Box LLC("Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the product ("WING CADDY") that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product, as long as the Product remains on the market. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Coverage:

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers only rust and Normal wear and tear damage and service conditions. The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective Product or parts thereof with new or refurbished parts free of charge.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs;

• Damage or deterioration of any accessory or decorative surface;

• Products not used in accordance with the product instructions;

• Damage due to environmental or natural elements;

• Products that have been altered or modified in any way that affects the performance or durability of the Product.

Claims Process:

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

1. Provide proof of purchase;

2. Describe the nature of the defect or damage;

3. Return the defective Product to the Company, with shipping prepaid by the Purchaser.

The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product and verify the defect or damage. If the claim is valid under the terms of this warranty, the Company will repair or replace the Product at no additional cost to the Purchaser.

Limitation of Liability:

The remedies provided in this warranty are the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedies. In no event shall the Company be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Governing Law:

This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Modification:

The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty at any time and without notice.
